When choosing our VIP Services, guests will receive a personalized meet and greet upon arrival and departure, in addition to exclusive access to our VIP Lounge areas.

  • Passengers whose airline company benefits from specific agreements may have access to the VIP Lounge

VIP ASSISTANCE (ARRIVALS & DEPARTURE)
Guests who select our VIP Services will also be provided with an expedited airport escort that will allow them to avoid lines at immigration and customs checkpoints.

Arrival VIP Assistance
Our expert greeters will meet you at the aircraft or Jet Bridge.
They will provide a fast track through immigration and customs.
Our greeter will coordinate the meeting point with your driver and then escort you to your preferred transportation at the airport VIP Parking.
We believe our VIP expedited services and VIP staff will make your stay in paradise more enjoyable!

Departure VIP Assistance
Our expert greeters will meet you at the VIP Reception of your terminal, to complete any departing forms required by our local entities. They then will escort you through airline check-in, Security fast-track, immigration and guide you to our VIP Lounge until boarding time.
