VIP ASSISTANCE (ARRIVALS & DEPARTURE)
Guests who select our VIP Services will also be provided with an expedited airport escort that will allow them to avoid lines at immigration and customs checkpoints.

Arrival VIP Assistance

Terminal A

Upon arrival the VIP assistant will wait for you when disembark outside of the main door of the aircraft with a signboard with your name to escort you to the VIP arrivals lounge.
In the VIP Lounge, you will exhaust the immigration process, while you wait in the lounge one of our porters will pick up your luggage.
Then you will be escorted through our preferential line in the customs area and towards the exit of the preferential parking lot, to finally make contact with the transport that you have previously agreed upon.

Terminal B

Upon arrival the passenger must go to the VIP reception located before arriving at immigration, between gate 21-23, to be assisted by our VIP assistant.
There you will be escorted to our VIP Lounge to exhaust the immigration process, while you wait in the lounge one of our porters will picking up your luggage.
Then you will be escorted through our preferential line in the customs area and towards the exit of the preferential parking lot, to finally make contact with the transport that you have previously agreed upon.

Departure VIP Assistance

Terminal A / Terminal B

The passenger must complete the registration and / or check-in process at the airline by himself.
Then go to the VIP reception of your terminal, identify yourself with our VIP assistant and from this point you will be escorted in the fast track process (security and migration).
From there you will be taken to the VIP lounge or boarding gate area.

Kids from 2 to 7 years old pay US$15.00 + tax p/p to access to the VIP lounge
An additional USD$10.00 + tax when traveling with pets

Terms and Condition of Service

  • No Shows are non-refundable
  • Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to the travelling date in order to request a reimbursement
  • Travel date modifications will condition the service subject to availability.
  • Significant changes in your flight schedule (flight delays or flights arriving early) will condition the service subject to availability.
  • All rates are subject to an additional 18% of government tax
